Villa Paola is a charming accommodation located in via de Bastioni under Piazzale Michelangelo and 3 minutes’ walk from Piazza Ferrucci where are bus – taxi stop, bar, newspaper kiosk, pharmacy, bank, and many other shops.

It is 130 sq meters on 2 levels: the ground floor is composed of the entrance connected to a living room with sofa and armchairs covered with a pink and green flower print (Sanderson) a table, a tv set, a dvd player, a fireplace and a sideboard, a little bathroom, a full equipped kitchen:  four burner stove, electric oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher a big carrara marble double basin kitchen sink. There is, a table for 6 people and 6 chairs.

The kitchen is connected with the garden through a french door window and in the garden, there are a lovely gazebo, table for 6 people and chairs and washing-machine with another basin.

On the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms (two can be also 2 twins bed) and each room has armoirs and a little balcony with the view on the Dome.  There are 2 bathrooms with showers:  one it is private for one of the bedrooms.

• Mandatory final cleaning: €120
• All the extra services must be paid locally, prior to departure, unless otherwise arranged
• Check-in between 3pm and 7pm – Check-out by 10am

Not included in rent:  Electricity and heating in winter months– metered and payable locally. Municipality rates apply. Electricity is metered and paid at consumption at the end of the stay.
