The apartment is modern and well decorated; it has a large bedroom with a king bed opening on to the garden, large armoire, private bathroom with shower. A living area with a comfortable sofa, TV set, and books; fully equipped kitchenette: oven, microwave, American drip coffee machine, and dishwasher. Laundry machine available, iron and hairdryer. Outdoor space to eat al fresco, and relax while enjoying a glass of wine in the quiet garden.

The neighborhood of Oltrarno is a 10-minute walk to the center of town, 7 minutes to the railway station.

There are lots of great restaurants in the immediate vicinity, grocery shops, pharmacy, just around the corner.
The apartment is suitable for a couple; sofa bed in the living room allows for 2 additional guests.
No smoking or no pets accepted.
There is a heating and cooling system. All utilities are included

For rentals weekly basis or monthly: please note we require additional week cleaning and access to the garden to cut the grass and check the plants.

There is WIFI and double entry locks so it is very secure.
