Villa Tavarnelle is an ancient Tuscan villa on the Chianti hills, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, enjoying a wonderful view of the countryside. This accommodation is part of a small group of houses with a small church and bell tower.

Extensive restoration has kept the original architecture and typical construction materials turning it into a fascinating holiday villa recalling the charm of the past and at the same time extremely comfortable with updated services such as air conditioning in all the rooms.

It is located between Florence and Siena, and makes it an ideal choice for large families or groups of friends who love alternating rest with excursions in these two of the most famous art cities. Moreover, just a few kilometres away are also many small towns rich in history, such as San Gimignano and Monteriggioni,

The Villa is composed of 7 finely furnished bedrooms, two living rooms, dining room and kitchen. Air conditioning services the entire villa and windows have built-in screens, which will guarantee a cool and relaxing summer.

Surrounding the villa, in the gardens are lovely furnished seating areas, a large stone terrace with arbor covered outdoor eating area, and swimming pool (15 x 7, 1.10 – 1.20m deep)(15/05-15/10), with surrounding stone deck. There is an outdoor shower and a BBQ.

ACCOMMODATION Detail: (550 m2)

On the ground floor.: the entrance is from a courtyard, furnished with tables and chairs, living room, dining room with fireplace (which cannot be used), well-equipped kitchen with pantry and leading directly outside, laundry room, 1 bedroom with two beds (which can be joined) with bathroom with bath and shower, WC. From the ground floor, some steps lead to a bedroom with two beds with bathroom with shower (this room is simply furnished and is ideal for kids). Also from the ground floor, the cellar can be reached where there is the oil and wine produced by the enterprise which the guests can use against payment.

1st floor: 2 sitting rooms, 3 double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with two beds (which can be joined) with bathroom with shower, 1 single room with bathroom with shower.

The accommodation has central heating, air conditioning and wi-fi Internet connection. Included in the price are two hours/day of cleaning (excluding Sundays and national holidays) and a welcome dinner.
